Events by the venue host
Whether you’re organising a charity night, a corporate occasion or a private party, RVT can meet your individual needs. They have three spaces which are suitable for private hire, so whether you’re looking for a large space or an intimate meeting area, and a room that is suited to your needs.
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern also have excellent facilities, encompassing everything from a full lighting and sound system with smoke machines to projectors and DVD players. The flexibility and versatility makes us the ideal choice for any type of event and have successfully played host to a wide range of clients.
Thanks to their excellent location, close to central London and within easy reach of convenient transport links, RVT are well placed to host your event, and thanks to the long and illustrious heritage, you can be confident that your event will be held in an iconic grade II listed building of huge historical importance to the local community.
Staff Training
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern have two meeting rooms which are ideal for hosting staff training sessions. For smaller company groups there is The Green Room, the smaller meeting space, which can comfortably accommodate your needs.
Not to mention comfortable chairs, a large meeting room table, a TV monitor and electric socket facilities and the room itself is luxurious and stylishly appointed.
Conferences
If you are hosting a larger conference with a number of delegates, the Conference Room space is ideal to suit your needs. Stylish and modern, the carpeted room has sufficient space to host your whole party and with plenty of natural light, power sockets, comfortable chairs and a large conference table, you’ll have everything you need to suit your purposes.
The conference room space also has a large flat screen TV monitor which you can link to your laptop for display purposes.
First Aid Training & Safety Training
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern have previously hosted a number of companies’ health and safety training sessions at the premises. There are three spaces which are available to you for this purpose depending on the number of people who will be attending your session. Smaller groups will be more comfortable in the intimate Green Room space which still has sufficient room for practical movement while also having a table and chairs for writing purposes.
Larger groups can be accommodated in the conference room which has ample floor space, or for very large groups, the main performance space is available during the day for your use. They can usually remove the tables and stools to accommodate more people as necessary.
Product Launches
The main performance space is the ideal venue to host your product launch. With a fully functioning stage, equipped with lighting and sound systems, you can showcase your product to its best advantage in the historical Grade II Listed venue.
RVT can accommodate over 200 people with tables and stools in situ or almost 400 if chairs and stools are removed, ensuring that you can gain maximum exposure for your new product also not to forget they have a fully stocked licensed bar at your disposal.
Theatre Previews
The performance space is ideal for theatre previews of all kinds. There is no more beautiful place to host an intimate performance in a convenient central London location before transferring to another, larger venue. With their fully equipped stage, lighting and sound system, you can be confident that you’ll have everything you need for your performance to go without a hitch.
Whether you need strobe lighting or a smoke machine, they can meet your individual needs. RVT can also comfortably seat almost 300 people, you can ensure excellent exposure for your theatre project, and the fully stocked licensed bar is at your disposal.
Charity & Conferences
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern are proud to host numerous charity events throughout the year at the prestigious and unique venue. The large performance space is flexible and versatile, with the ability to have tables and stools in place or removed to accommodate a larger number of guests. They have a fully stocked bar, lighting and sound systems, a well-equipped stage area and a host of other facilities at your disposal and they will always endeavour to meet your specific requirements.
Corporate Launches
Host your private corporate event in any of their spaces, although the main performance space is very popular with companies who want to create an impression. With the prestigious heritage, unique grade 2 listed building and convenient location close to central London, they are the ideal choice for your company’s event, and they are available during the day as required for private hire purposes.
RVT are flexible enough to meet your requirements and to accommodate the number of guests which you require, and with all tables and stools removed they are capable of hosting almost 400 people in the main space.
The room hire rates are highly competitive. You can have full use of the larger Conference Room at a cost of £250 for a full day (plus VAT) and the smaller Meeting Room for just £150 (plus VAT) for the full day. If you are interested in hiring the larger main bar area, prices are available on request and will vary depending on the number of services and facilities you require for your event.
